Project RAISE is a peer-support running and walking community where service members, veterans, military spouses, Gold Star family members, people with disabilities, and community allies train together—each person pursuing their own running journey—while raising funds and awareness for the nonprofit partners Waves & Warriors supports. It’s more than a team; it’s a movement built on:

Do I have to be fast?
Nope. All paces welcome—walkers too.
Is coaching really free?
Yes—coaching is provided at no cost. We simply ask that you support the cause in the way that’s right for you.
I’m not in Colorado—can I join?
Absolutely. You’ll get a full plan, weekly virtual support, and a fundraising page.
What if I’m coming back from injury or time off?
We’ll start where you are and progress safely.
